About the Role
Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Working Cleaner & Assistant Supervisor, to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Cardiff, CF23 area.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, between the hours of 4-8pm each day at £12.02 per hour.
This is a hands-on cleaning position, so Supervising experience is required.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family, you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers, and your surroundings.
You must be trustworthy, well-organized flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to Customer/ Site Team
· Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding.
· Use of Timegate for Actual pay
· Daily rectification of faults
· Cleaning a mix of areas thoroughly
· Supervise other Cleaning Operative's to ensure all responsibilities are completed up to standard.
