I just wanted to reiterate again how impressed we are with the exceptional cleaning at Elm Park. The school looks really lovely. Sending grateful thanks again to all staff involved.

I would just like to share with you how pleased we are with Jenny’s work. She had a tough act to follow after Dawn but she really has made a positive impact here at the centre. We have even had a couple of recent reviews stating how sparkling clean the facilities are, something I don’t think we have ever had before!
Clean facilities are one of the fundamentals of a good visitor experience so please pass my Thanks onto Jenny for her part in ensuring our visitors have a positive time with us.

The toilets you guys manage for LRTC are always kept to an impeccable standard, resulting in only ever positive feedback from the members of public who use them.

Glen supports Rapid Workplace Testing
Glen has registered to order coronavirus tests for our employees to support rapid testing and to help keep people safe.
Thank you to those Clients who are part of the local authority network in England who already have this workplace testing in place and have offered tests to Glen employees. We are very grateful and hope others will include the Glen team if at all possible.

Lighthouse Schools Partnership
Glen Cleaning has been vital in supporting the Aspire Academy Trust's COVID-19 urgent response fogging requirements. On-call 24/7, the team has actioned our every emergency request within hours to ensure Bubble/whole school fogging takes place, so normal learning routines are not adversely affected. Zoono provides the Trust, its staff, and parents with that vital reassurance and confidence needed when anxiety levels are high and the message that the academy is not only sanitised but safe for up to 30 days is a key component of our parental social media COVID-19 communications.

We have been using the services of Glen Cleaning for many years now and are extremely happy with the results they provide. As a company they are very professional, and are easy to work with, and very accommodating to any variations that may be needed to the services provided.
We were very impressed with the way they planned the mobilisation of the contract, through to the day to day running of it. The quality of the area managers that we have assigned to our contract is extremely good, and this without doubt has helped with the smooth running of the contract. On the odd occasion that we have had an issue, Glen Cleaning have worked with us to find a solution so that this can be resolved in a timely manner.
With regards to being able to contact key people we deal with at Glen Cleaning, this has never been an issue as you can always get hold of a member of staff whether that is someone in operations or finance, someone is always available.

We received a nomination for our cleaning staff for the UCSD Awards'Just to say thank you to the hard working cleaning staff who have a mammoth job on their hands in the High Tech Centre . It must seem like the Forth Bridge, start at one end and finish ready to start again. With all the glass, stainless steel carpets to hoover and hard floors to keep clean in the main downstairs area, café and toilets they have their work cut out. They deserve a big thank you for keeping the building looking good.'
