I am pleased to confirm that it is our intention to integrate the RCB business fully into Glen Group, and we are currently consulting with our employees in RCB to make the change.
On the 19th of December 24, we emailed all RCB employees to inform them of our decision to integrate the RCB business fully into Glen Group and requested volunteers to form an Employee Representative Group.
On 30th December 24, we wrote again to everyone in RCB, to begin consultation on the integration and provided the measures which may affect individuals which related to the RCB payroll closing and the change to a Glen Group Payroll from 31st March 25. The consultation and notice period. We will continue to consult and send information monthly to continue with the consultation and explain more about the Glen Group processes and answer any questions.

Also on 30th December 24, we wrote to all Glen employees confirming that following the integration of RCB, we would be transferring all employees from Glen and RCB into a new Employer Payroll Number, which will form the new Glen Group.
The integration will avoid duplicate systems and processes thus mitigating some of the costs incurred with the increase in NIC and provide better controls in managing through one system and process.
Together, we will be a stronger, more diverse business, well-positioned to achieve our growth success and retain the current clients who are very important to us.
