The mobilisation with Glen Group was a very smooth process. We had constant communication and site visits from the area manager.
Myself, and the cleaners felt at ease that the support was there.
Everything needed arrived ready for the first day and the area manager was there with us on the first day to ensure everything was up and running.
Since the take over, we have still had regular visits and any issues have been resolved promptly.
I feel at ease that everything is running smoothly, leaving me to support other areas that needs more attention and time.
