Client Advocacy Discussions


Part of our Management’s Business Based Objectives are  focused on understanding how current and potential client priorities are changing due in no small part to the economic climate. 


We are keen to fully engage our clients in a dialogue regarding their most significant concerns as you look to the future and how external changes could rejig priorities.

We hope to do this more formally through our Client Advocacy Discussions, providing a Strategic Account Plan, which will be conducted by Kim Stevens our Business improvement Director.

The Glen client advocacy discussion focuses on understanding, supporting, and delivering your service requirements. Starting with a conversation which  involves. 


Understand Client’s Needs and Priorities

•     By actively listening to understand your current situation, preferences, and concerns.

•     Clarify your short-term and long-term objectives, where our services are involved

•     Assess and take action on any immediate needs or pressing issues 


Identify Challenges and Barriers

•     Discuss any obstacles you may be  facing, such as financial  or external factors 

•     Provide Support and Information on available resources 

•     Provide clear, actionable steps to move the contract forward.

 

Develop an Advocacy - Strategic Account Management Plan 

•     Create a plan that outlines how your goals can be achieved.

•     Communication with the local management to ensure the plan is actioned 

•     Review outputs and change
