Most of our business is now using BioHygiene Products, through the use of eco-friendly cleaning, our products are biodegradable, non-toxic, and low-VOC (volatile organic compounds). We focus on using cleaning solutions that minimise harm to ecosystems and reduce pollution.
We have engaged Carbon Footprint Limited to conduct a number of audits on our business.
Carbon Footprint assessed the GHG emissions in 2023 resulting from the energy consumption at Glen Group’s facilities and its business transport activities were:
Total market-based emissions are 156.46 tonnes of CO₂e (with a location-based emissions of 159.75 tonnes CO₂e.)
The most significant market-based emission source is company cars, accounting for 58% of Glen Group’s carbon footprint and we are currently transitioning to electric vehicles, where appropriate.
