Every day, individuals among us go above and beyond, making a significant difference in our workplace and community. We have been celebrating our Local Heroes for nearly four years, and each of these individuals exemplifies the values we stand for at Glen.
While our managers highlight the incredible efforts of our Local Heroes each month, we want to encourage every team member to get involved in 2025. We are delighted to continue receiving nominations!

Ejike Enetanya – K&N Chineham

“I would like to nominate Ejike for this award. Even while on holiday, he took the time to get involved and liaised between the cover staff and me regarding a water leak incident that occurred on-site before staff arrived for work.
Ejike is a truly conscientious employee who genuinely cares about the site and the company’s reputation, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly. He is well deserving of this recognition—thank you, Ejike!"
Opoku Amoakoa – K&N Heathrow
Leigh Lovejoy received the following feedback from our client at K&N:
“We would like to extend our praise and thanks for the hard work, commitment, and general support Opoku (PHC Glen Group Cleaner) has provided in ensuring not just PHC cleaning standards remain at the highest standards possible for the Perishable Food Handling facility but also the support she has given to HSCC colleagues to ensure they also uphold the same standards.
Opoku carefully plans her work, delivers exceptionally high standards and raises anything that could potentially impact such delivery, including organising absence cover, addressing any cleaning material deficiencies straight away, and highlighting potential H&S concerns such as water leaking welfare areas.”

Holly Slade nominated Jo for the Monthly Hero:
“I would like to nominate Jo for her willingness to go the extra mile—not just for her team but for everyone who needs support. Today, she took the time to come into the office to train another Manager on how to use a PAT Machine. Without her help, this training wouldn’t have been possible, and the Manager wouldn’t have gained the confidence needed to complete PAT Testing.
