Following a successful 2022, the Glen Group continues to grow and invest in its infrastructure and people. As part of our planned expansion, we are delighted to announce the following new additions to our Business Development Team. Lucy Oliver Harding, Michelle Moran and Kevin Slaymaker, have all joined the Glen Group, bringing with them a multitude of skillsets and experiences from working in the service sector.

Glen Group welcome Lucy Oliver-Harding our new Business Development Administrator.

Lucy has previous experience working for Integrated Cleaning Management as their Helpdesk Team Leader and PA to the Operations Director. Lucy was also at Hollywater School working as their Senior Administrator, responsible for the schools database and their Health and Safety and procurement.

At Glen Group Lucy will be working with the Business Development team to manage the following:

· CRM Pipedrive – pipeline and bid management system

· Producing reports for Commercial Director – Pipeline & Bid Conversion

· My Supplier – CBRE dedicated supplier portal

· Clientshare – new client facing platform for multi-site clients

· Supporting BD team when required with bid responses and clarifications

Lucy is a busy Mum of 2, so finding time for a hobby is hard.

"I do enjoy watching my son and husband play football each weekend.

I am also the club secretary for our local Football Club, this keeps me busy, checking registrations and ensuring all of the required paperwork is up to date."

Robert Kennedy – Glens Group Commercial Director said “ We are delighted to welcome Lucy, Michelle and Kevin to the Business Development Team and the wider Glen Group family, as driven, motivated and passionate individuals, they all demonstrate amazingly successful track records within the service sector.

I am personally very excited at the prospect of working with them and seeing their contribution to the next stage of the Glen Group growth journey.”
